Our refund policy is that in order to be refunded, any and all items received must be returned in the same condition that they were received whether they are damaged, defective or are in perfect condition.

Contact us at and let us know if you need or want to return an item, and we will send you a return shipping label along with the return address in that email.

All items can be returned in the same packaging that it was received in. You just need to place the provided return shipping label on the package and it's good to go!

Please note that due to the way our system works for international orders, we can only repay your return shipping label by Paypal or by offering a 100% off discount coupon for the cost of your return shipping label.

Once received, we will refund your order(s) and your funds will be back into your account within 3-5 business days.
